Position Scope

Brown LLC has an opening for a Sales Administrator located in Beaverton, MI. The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing the sales operations process, clerical functions of marketing related documents within the department as needed and lead phone receptionist.

  • Sales Administration Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and Manages the CRM “Sales Force” quote log\ERP system with quote activities, new order entry and revisions.
  • Word processing of proposals, work order, revisions, order acknowledgment and the general clerical support of the department.
  • Maintains and Manages monthly KPI reporting for BMG sales, while supporting and working closely with the VP of Sales.
  • Develop and manage methods for tracking and reporting of new BMG initiatives including new customer development, new product development, and market segment activities as related to current sales efforts.
  • Lead contact and liaison for management of BMG’s patent attorney services, maintains and manages open items, schedules team calls and insures follow up on BMG’s behalf.
  • Works closely with Marketing administration in support of sales efforts as needed.
  • Assists in maintaining and updating ISO documentation (processes, procedures).
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and social media content as needed.
  • Receptionist Responsibilities: Routes incoming and inter company calls and messages as appropriate, Greets and assists visitors, Arrange travel, hotel accommodations and rental cars as requested, Routes Internet inquiries as appropriate and Responsible for maintaining / updating company phone directory and system.
Education/Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED completion
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support agent.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS office products (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Key Performance Indicators development and processes.
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Other Attributes
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
  • Manufacturing environment background preferred
  • Team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
