Eaton Bussmann CUBEFuse Product Safety Bulletin

Brown received a product safety bulletin, in regard to the Bussmann CUBEFuse, from its supplier of Eaton products on January 18th, 2018. The Bussmann CUBEFuse has been used on Brown, Lyle, and EPCO brands of equipment since its inception in the early 2000s. While Eaton is not initiating a recall, they are explicitly reminding users of the product to utilize appropriate personal protective equipment. Brown reminds customers to continue following necessary lock-out/tag-out procedures and asks that Eaton’s bulletin is shared with all appropriate personnel to ensure safe procedures are followed. Brown will continue to monitor correspondence from Eaton and follow-up with pertinent updates as they come available.
